Actor

Peter received a BA in Theatre Performance and Political Science from American University in 2018, where he worked with instructors, playwrights and directors such as Caleen Sinette Jennings and Aaron Posner. He also attended the British American Drama Academy Midsummer in Oxford program in 2017, studying with professors from the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts, the London Academy of Music, Art and Drama and Yale University. Peter joined the Actor's Equity Association in 2023.

He is experienced in Stage Combat with certifications from the Society of American Fight Directors in Unarmed, Knife, Small Sword, Sword and Shield, and Single Sword, having done extensive work with Fight Master Robb Hunter and the Noble Blades, The D.C. area's premier professionally trained and community-based stage combat troupe.

His experience working as a Stage Manager, Assistant Director, Playwright, and Props Designer has given Peter a comprehensive understanding of the ins and outs of theatre performance, both onstage and backstage, as well as before, during and after a production.

While his focus has primarily been in Shakespeare and Classics Adjacent work, Peter is also skilled in Contemporary performance. He believes in a blended approach to theater, in which the disciplines of the classics, contemporary theatre, film and stage all inform and build upon each other.
